Managerial/ Senior Level

Requires a minimum of five years relevant experience

Notes:

  • Minimum education and experience requirements should be customized to fit departmental needs, such as requiring a degree or experience in a specific field. However, candidates will be disqualified if they do not meet specific minimum education or experience requirements.
  • This matrix displays the minimum requirements for education and experience. Additional requirements should be added to the preferred section of the position requests.
    • Examples of preferred qualifications include:
      • Preferred certifications/licenses
      • Advanced degrees that exceed the minimum requirements
