Participants of this class will focus on supplier setup, changes and updates, how to search for suppliers, correct forms to use and how to complete them, G/L splits, completing accounting information, completing shipping information, creating favorites, checking workflow and assigned approvers, submitting requisitions, checking requisition history and understanding errors, check requests and PO status, document searches, reading POs, understanding invoice notifications, invoice review options, invoice payment information and status, setting up profiles and notifications, and understanding the "prepared for" in the new Marketplace system.

Employing Foreign Nationals

This training is geared towards staff, such as departmental administrators, business managers, program coordinators, working with internationals faculty, staff, and students. Sunapsis is the onboarding system used to coordinate international visas for foreign national scholars and students. The course is provided through Canvas and can be completed at your own pace. Guardian I-9 / E-Verify System

This 60–90-minute webinar will provide an overview of the LawLogix Guardian system (Standard Interface), as well as provide a live demonstration of how to complete an electronic I-9 using the in-person and remote I-9 workflows. New users who are responsible for I-9 completion and those in need of refresher training should attend this webinar.

Human Capital Management (HCM) - Peoplesoft

Understand the background and requirements relating to entering RIAS HCM Template-Based Hire and Reappointment actions. In addition, this training will allow users to grasp the workflow that moves both the Template-Based Hire and Reappointment actions through the system to completion. It is open to HCM Preparers who utilize the RIAS HCM application to submit transactions to UHR for processing as well as to HCM Approvers who want to understand the work of their Preparer. Management and Supervisory Development Training

This LinkedIn Learning series of courses is suggested for both new supervisors, and for those looking to refresh their knowledge. The courses can be completed in any order, working with your manager to determine which skills you need to focus on for your specific developmental needs. This training is intended for any new hire or reclassified (MPSC) title that will supervise Class 1 employees. Completion of the Supervisory Certification Program must be completed within 90 days of the start of the new hire or newly reclassified appointment.
